Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the European Opera Institute platform (“Platform“). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Purpose

The Platform facilitates connections between opera artists and institutions (opera houses, theaters, festivals). EII acts as an intermediary and is not party to any agreements concluded between artists and institutions.

2. User Accounts

  • Artists may apply for registration and, upon approval, maintain a public profile and respond to booking inquiries.
  • Institutions must receive an invitation token from EII to register.
  • All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Content and Conduct

Users must provide accurate information. You may not post content that is defamatory, misleading, or infringes third-party rights. EII reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

4. Bookings

Booking inquiries are expressions of interest only. Any engagement contract must be concluded directly between artist and institution. EII is not liable for disputes arising from such agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of all uploaded content. By uploading, you grant EII a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

EII provides the Platform “as is”. EII shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
